Refund Policy

Ebooks and audiobooks: 7-day refund if you've read less than 25% of the content (we trust you on this — just email info@noinklabs.net with your order number).

AI Mastery Group Chat subscription: No refunds for past months, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. We pro-rate annual subscriptions on cancellation: if you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual plan, you get a refund minus one month's monthly-equivalent ($11.99).

Bundles: Same as ebooks (7-day, less than 25% read).

How to request: Email info@noinklabs.net with your Stripe receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
